Our implementation methodology is based on ( Plan-do-check-act).We have unique Implementation Program, STAR offers a step-by-step plan to implement management systems and prepare a company or facility for registration or accreditation. Once registration or accreditation is achieved, STAR Consultants Continual Support is available to maintain the management system in a cost-effective and efficient manner, tailored to fit the client's needs.

STAR Consulting and quality care follows the following steps one by one for implementaion:
1. Planning the implementation activities.
2. Acquiring and laying out facilities and offices.
3. Organising the personnel for implementaion.
4. Developing Procedures for standard operations.
5. Developing Training programs.
6. Designing forms.
7. Evaluate the entire system.
8. Providing System Maintenance (debugging & improving).
Our Implementation methodology is based on the PDCA (plan-do-check-act) Cycle:
PDCA (plan-do-check-act) is an iterative four-step problem-solving process typically used in business process improvement. It is also known as the Deming cycle, Shewhart cycle, Deming wheel, or plan-do-study-act.

Plan.
Recognize an opportunity and plan a change.

Do.
Test the change. Carry out a small-scale study.

Check.
Review the test, analyze the results and identify what you've learned.

Act.
Take action based on what you learned in the study step: If the change did not work, go through the cycle again with a different plan. If you were successful, incorporate what you learned from the test into wider changes. Use what you learned to plan new improvements, beginning the cycle again.
